The first floor features a Living Room with seating and a large-screen TV, plus a bright, open Dining/Kitchen Area. A large bay window anchors one wall of the Dining Area, plus there is a sliding door that opens out to the pool area. The Chef's Kitchen has a center prep island/breakfast bar, commercial stainless appliances, and quartzite and granite counters. The interior spaces are being designed and outfitted by Vineyard Decorators. New pictures will be added as available. 

One of the five bedrooms is situated on the first floor, including the Primary Bedroom with a private ensuite bath. The four remaining bedrooms are situated on the second floor with each including an ensuite bath. There is also a large TV/Family Room with large screen TV, love seat, and chair seating. There are Laundry Rooms on both the first and second floors.

The outdoor living centers around the 16 by 32-foot heated saltwater pool and patio. The pool depth runs from 3.5 feet to 7-feet.
