There are multiple sitting areas in the Living Area, and a door that open out to the Pool Area. The Dining Area sits off the Living Area in its own dining nook, while the Chef's Kitchen enjoys the same dramatic Great Room vaulted ceilings. It has a center prep island/breakfast bar, commercial stainless appliances, quartz counters, and wine refrigerator.
All five Bedrooms have en suite baths and gas fireplaces. Two of the suites are on the first floor, including the Primary, which has doors that open to the outdoor patio as well.
The two Bedroom suites upstairs, both have French doors that open to a deck. There is a lower level suite with full Kitchen and Living/Dining Area, private and its own, separate private entrance.
The Pool House features an outdoor fireplace on the patio level and a spectacular stone fireplace upstairs (above the garage). The Pool House Lounge features vaulted ceilings, French doors that open to a mahogany deck overlooking the pool, a Game Area with pool table, and a Lounge Area with seating, media center, and bar area with ice maker, beverage refrigerator, and microwave.
There is a half bath upstairs, and another on the first level with an outdoor shower.
The heated gunite pool with PebbleSheen finish is 13 by 24-feet, with an 8 by 8-foot hot tub spa. The entire outdoor space has a granite patio, multiple lounge areas, built-in grill for cooking, and outdoor fireplace.
All of downtown Edgartown, with its restaurants, shops, and harbor, is a few block stroll away. The bike bath is nearby as well.
