This home is only rented for two weeks each year, and as such, there is no state or local occupancy taxes required for this rental.
The first-floor features an open layout with Living, Dining, and Kitchen areas that are framed by a two-story wall of glass windows and doors that open out to a large wraparound deck. The light-filled room with vaulted ceilings has sofa and chair seating, large screen TV, Dining Area, and Kitchen with breakfast bar, and stainless appliances.
Two of the four Bedrooms are also on the first floor and share a full Bath. The other two Bedrooms and a full shared Bath are upstairs. The first-floor living space opens to a large wraparound deck with outdoor Dining Area with table, chairs, and umbrella, plus a grilling area.
From its convenient location on Meetinghouse Way, South Beach is about a mile away.
NOTE: Since house is only rented for 14 days each season, the 11.7% state and local occupancy taxes are not due, so it is "tax free" vacation rental.
