The Main House features a comfortable, open layout with Living and Dining Areas that flow out to a spacious deck overlooking the backyard and pool. A first-floor Primary Suite includes its own private deck, while upstairs, two additional bedrooms and a cozy TV lounge provide plenty of room to unwind. The lower level adds another Media Room and additional sleeping space.

Perfect for extended families or guests seeking a little more privacy, the separate Guest House features a Bedroom, Bath, full Kitchen, and Laundry Area. The Pool House adds another flexible gathering space with a kitchenette, half bath, open pass-through bar seating, and additional sleeping accommodations.

Outdoor living takes center stage with a heated saltwater PebbleTec sports pool, designed for everything from leisurely afternoon swims to a spirited game of pool volleyball. The pool measures 16 by 32-feet, and is 3-and-a-half feet deep at both ends, and six-and-a-half feet deep in the middle. Lounge poolside, rinse off in one of two outdoor showers, or gather around the fire pit as the evening settles in.
