Tucked away near Long Point Beach and the Long Point Wildlife Refuge in West Tisbury, this renovated contemporary has two levels of wraparound decks and screen porches, and is set back off the road on more than an acre and a half. The reverse-style layout features a freshly renovated open layout second-floor with Living, Dining, and Kitchen Areas with vaulted ceiling with beams, and a wall of sliding glass doors that open to the deck and screened porch.

The space has a Living Area with sofa seating and a large-screen TV, a Bar Area with beverage refrigerator, the Dining Area, and the newly-outfitted Kitchen, which has stainless appliances, center prep island/breakfast bar, and quartz counters. The deck has outdoor dining and grilling areas, while the screened porch expands entertaining and relaxing areas with sectional sofa seating.
