Long Point Getaway

The Long Point Getaway is a newly constructed modern beach house in a quiet setting near Long Point Beach.

The first floor features a light-filled open Great Room with Living, Dining, and Kitchen Areas. The space has vaulted ceilings with beams and two walls of windows and glass doors. The Living Area anchors one end of the space with TV, sofa and chair seating, fireplace, and built-ins. The Dining Area sits in the middle of the Great Room, and the Chef's Kitchen anchors the other end of the open space. It has a center prep island/breakfast bar, stainless and cabinet-fronted commercial appliances, and quartz counters.

Two sleeping and living wings are attached on either end of the Great Room. On one side, there are three Bedrooms, a TV/Family Room, one of two Laundry Rooms. The Primary Bedroom is on the first floor. It. has a deluxe Primary Bathroom and sliding doors that open to the back deck. Separate stairs lead up to two other Bedrooms, both with en suite private Baths. The wing on the other side of the Great has a second Laundry Room, two Bedrooms that share a full Bath, and a second Primary Bedroom with en suite Bath and sliding door to the back deck. All of these Bedrooms are on the first floor.

The Getaway has large decks on either side of the Great Room for outdoor entertaining and enjoyment. The front of the house welcomes you with four Adirondack chairs, while the back deck has an outdoor Living Area with sofa, chairs, and coffee table, as well as a Dining Area with seating for 10.

Long Point Wildlife Refuge and Long Point Beach are nearby. In addition to Long Point Beach (which requires reservation and entry fee), renters in West Tisbury can also purchase passes for Lambert's Cove beach on the north shore side of the town.
