The light-filled Dining/ Kitchen Area is wrapped by three walls of windows on the Dining Area end of the space, and anchored by a fully-equipped Chef's Kitchen at the other end. The Kitchen has a center prep island/breakfast bar, granite counters, and commercial stainless appliances.
Two of the five Main House Bedrooms are also on the first floor. The Primary Bedroom and the other two Bedrooms are upstairs. The Primary has a private deck that overlooks the pool area, built-in window seating, and a deluxe Primary Bath with double marble vanity, soaking tub and glass walk-in shower. The Kids’ Bunk Room (#5) has plenty of hangout room, large screen TV, built-ins, and several sleeping configurations. There is also a private second-floor office.
The separate Pool House has a Living Area with large screen TV, seating, wet bar/efficiency Kitchen area, full Bath, and folding French doors that open out to the pool area.
The deluxe outdoor living spaces are anchored by the 20 by 40-foot, heated gunite pool with built-in, spillover hot tub spa. There is a large bluestone surround with Lounge Areas, and a Dining Area framed by a stone outdoor fireplace. The outdoor Living Area is just off the indoor Living Area, and has outdoor seating areas with a pergola.
While the Compound does not include access to the Field Club, the convenient, central Katama location is near the bike path and Right Fork Diner, with easy access to South Beach or downtown Edgartown Village.
