Tucked away in the Waterview Farms area, the home features nicely integrated indoor-outdoor living spread across three interior levels, and two outdoor decks. The entire space has been smartly transformed  by the noted design firm Tersigni Palachek. into a modern beach house style with a monochromatic color scheme.

The first floor features an open Dining and Kitchen Area with a sliding glass door that opens to the large wraparound deck for outdoor dining and entertaining. The Gourmet Kitchen is nicely equipped with stainless appliances and quartz counters. There is also a large screen TV.

Two of the four Bedrooms are also on the first floor. The sunny Master has vaulted ceilings, a wall of glass windows, and large screen TV. The two Bedrooms share a full bath.

Spiral stairs from the Kitchen/Dining Area lead up to the second level. The stairway lands in the open Living Area with sofa seating, 65" TV, work area, and sliding glass door to the deck. There is also a full shared bath and a Bedroom.

Open stairs from the Living Area connect to the third floor loft, which has vaulted ceilings and the fourth Bedroom. It overlooks the Living Area.

In addition to the large screen TVs, there are some other nice electronic upgrades, including a high speed 3GB network and Sonos sound system. The owners have also outfitted the home with Turkish linens, and the two first floor Master Bedrooms have Leesa memory foam beds and cooling pillows.

Outdoor living centers around the large wraparound deck which has a Living Area with sectional sofa and chaise lounge chairs. There is a dining and grilling area as well.

Sengekontacket Pond is nearby with easy access to the boat launch area. Senge is great for kayaks and paddle boards. Our Concierge Service can easily help arrange rentals of small watercraft.

In addition to Senge, Farm Neck Golf Course is nearby, and there is easy driving or bike riding to State Beach, Edgartown, and Oak Bluffs.
