This Contemporary Mink Meadows Beach House sits back privately off the golf course, and offers easy access to the nearby private association north shore beach, and the golf course.
The Beach House has gotten a fresh makeover with new furniture and paint throughout, as well as new A/C mini-splits. The house features a modern design first floor with open Living, Dining, Kitchen, and TV/Family Room Areas. The Gourmet Kitchen has prep counter/breakfast bar, stainless appliances, and quartz counters. The sunny TV/Family Room has three walls of glass and French doors that open to the large back mahogany deck, with dining, grilling, and lounge areas.
The three Bedrooms are all upstairs. The Primary has en suite bath plus its own private deck. The other two Bedrooms share a full bath. The Beach House is a short stroll away from the Mink Meadows private association beach.
The sandy north shore beach enjoys the calm waters of Vineyard Sound. The Mink Meadows clubhouse is also a short stroll away. Renters can generally reserve tee times for the golf course.
