Modern Beach House With Water Views And Private Beach

This Modern Beach House is quietly tucked away on the north shore of the Island with water views out across Vineyard Sound, and a path down to your own private sandy beach. 

The unique property designed is composed of three living and sleeping "pods," inter-connected with decks and doorways. The large middle pod features an open design with Living, Dining, and Kitchen Areas, plus two of the Bedrooms. The open living space has vaulted ceiling framed by a wall of windows looking out toward Vineyard Sound. The Living Area has sofa and chair seating. The Dining Area is framed by a stunning wall of glass, and the nicely-equipped Cook's Kitchen is adjacent, for easy vacation entertaining.

Also in the main pod are two of the four Bedrooms. Both have their own private en suite baths, and loft areas reached by nautical style ladders above with hangout space. The Primary Bedroom has its own pod with a large seating area, sweeping water views, and private en suite Bath. The fourth Bedroom occupies the other pod. It has a large sitting area and Bathroom on the first level. And a sleeping area accessed by stairs on the second.

The entire compound has nice grounds and gardens, plus the beach path down to the private beach. The north shore beaches are typically very calm and family-friendly. You will feel miles away, but downtown Vineyard Haven is a 5 or 10 minute ride away.
