The monochromatic first floor features a Great Room with two-story vaulted ceilings. The open floor plan has Living, Dining, and Kitchen Areas. The Living Area has sofa and chair seating plus a large screen TV. The Dining Area sits between the Living Area and Kitchen.

The fully-equipped Cook's Kitchen has commercial stainless appliances, cabinet-fronted refrigerator, breakfast bar, and quartz counters. Sliding doors between the Kitchen and Dining Area open out to a large screen porch with sectional sofa and chair. One of the three Bedrooms is also on the first floor, plus a full shared bath. The Primary Bedroom is up on the second floor. It shares a full bath with the third Bedroom, which has a barn door and shutters that open and close to a view below of the Living Area. There is a Family Room on the lower walk-out level with sofa, large screen TV, and sleeping alcove.

In addition to the screened porch, the Chic Retreat also features a nice stone patio with stone walls and dining and grilling areas. There is also a front farmer's porch with seating as well. The home is located in a quiet area at the top of Edgartown Village. The bike path is at the end of the road, and downtown is about a 10-minute bike ride away.
