The first floor features a sunny, south-facing Living Room, Sunroom, formal Dining Room, and Kitchen. There is also a first-floor Primary Bedroom with en suite bath. The other three Bedrooms are upstairs and share a full bath.

There are rolling meadow and water views throughout the home. Oyster Pond is one of the so-called Great Ponds on Martha's Vineyard. There is a dock at the property's edge, for easy access to the Pond, which is perfect for kayaks, standup paddleboards, and small motorized watercraft.
