The Cottage has nicely manicured outdoor space that includes a stone patio with dining, grilling, and sitting areas, plus a new covered deck and entryway. All of downtown Edgartown, with its restaurants, shops, harbor, and beach are within a five or 10-minute walk. The bike path is nearby as well.
NOTE Gas fireplace is for winter use only, not available for use in the summer.
