The first floor has an open, light-filled Great Room style layout with Living, Dining, and Kitchen Areas framed by walls of windows and sliding glass doors. The Living Area anchors one end of the room, with a sunlit the Dining Area on the other end, with a Chef's Kitchen in the middle. The Living Area is centered around a gas fireplace with sofa and chair seating. The Dining Area has a Bar Area with wine refrigerator and pass through to the TV/Family Room. A wall of sliding glass doors open to an outdoor Dining Deck. The Cook's Kitchen has a large center prep island with breakfast bar, stainless appliances and quartz counters.

The first floor also has a TV/Family Room and a large Office. All four of the Bedrooms are up on the second level. The Primary Bedroom has vaulted ceiling, private en suite Bath, and a Sitting Area that opens to a private deck with outdoor seating and water views. There is another Bedroom with en suite Bath, plus the other two Bedrooms that share a full Bath. Spiral stairs lead up to the third floor Lookout Lounge. The heated 18 by 38-foot pool and hot tub are surrounded by a large granite patio with sun loungers and outdoor Living Area seating. The home is walking distance to the hiking trails of Felix Neck Wildlife Sanctuary and town landing on Sengekontacket. Visitors can also access nearby bike path and head to downtown Edgartown.
