The Living Area anchors one end of the open space with a beautiful stone fireplace with built-ins, that is a work of art in its own right. There is sectional sofa seating.

The Dining Area sits between the Living Area and Kitchen. Large sliding doors open out to a covered patio with outdoor Lounge Area with fire pit and Game Area with ping pong. There is outdoor dining by the pool area. The outdoor spaces enjoy distant water views of Katama Bay. The Chef's Kitchen is boldly anchored by a brick backsplash and deep blue cabinets, including a cabinet-front refrigerator. There is a new Bedroom with en suite bath on the lower walk-out level. That floor also has a large TV/Family Room with multiple seating areas, large screen TV, and a casual dining table.
