POOL NOTE: Pool is heated to 81 degrees in July and August, and included in the rent. There is a heating surcharge of $250/week in June and September, and $350/week in May and October, if pool is open. Pool is generally open Memorial Day through September. Please inquire. For tenant safety reasons, locking pool cover must be closed when pool is not in use.
