This classic Edgartown Village Gambrel has undergone a recent major renovation that includes a new two-story addition, Pool House, pool and patio, while maintaining its private and convenient in-town location.

The deluxe upgrades include: a new Master Bedroom wing, an expanded Gourmet Kitchen with breakfast room, new loft Sitting Area, new Laundry Room, Pool House with outdoor Living Room and fireplace, new bluestone patio and heated pool.

The first floor of the original house features the Living Room, formal Dining Room, one of the four Bedrooms, with en suite bath, plus the new Gourmet Kitchen with stainless appliances and soapstone counters. The new Gambrel addition to the rear of the house, greatly expands and opens up the Kitchen, with a sunny new Breakfast Room.

From there, an enclosed and covered foyer connects to the new Pool House. The sunny open room is framed by two walls of sliding glass doors and a wood-burning fireplace. POOL NOTE: Pool is heated to 80 degrees and included in the rent for July and August. Tenants will be charged an additional fee if heat is increased during rental stay. For June and September, an additional pool heating fee of $250/week will be applied. In May and October, the pool heat surcharge is an additional $350/week.
