The new Master Bedroom wing occupies the entire second floor of the new wing. There are three walls of windows, vaulted ceiling, walk-in closet, and a deluxe, new Master Bath with glass walk-in shower. There is a private set of stairs leading to the Master Suite, and a second door that connects back into the main house. The other two Bedrooms, a full bath, and new loft TV/Family Room are located there on the second floor.
In addition to the entertaining space in the Pool House, the new 12 by 28-foot heated saltwater pool has a large bluestone patio, with dining, and lounging areas with seating. From its in-town location on a quiet one-way street, the bike path is nearby, and all of downtown, with its restaurants, shop, and harbor, is just a short stroll away. There are some bikes, including a tandem and child carrier, available for tenant use.
POOL NOTE: Pool is heated to 80 degrees and included in the rent for July and August. Tenants will be charged an additional fee if heat is increased during rental stay. For June and September, an additional pool heating fee of $250/week will be applied. In May and October, the pool heat surcharge is an additional $350/week.
