There are harbor views from most of the rooms throughout the single-level home, which has a large harbor-facing wraparound deck and porch. Back inside, there is an open Living and Dining Area that is dramatically framed by a wall of glass windows and doors that enjoy those views. The Gourmet Kitchen has stone counters and breakfast bar. There is also a TV/Family Room with sofa and chair seating and large screen TV. It too opens out to the deck. There is new furniture throughout.

The Primary Bedroom anchors one end of the house. It enjoys water views, a door that opens to the deck, plus en suite bath. There is another Bedroom with en suite bath, and the two other Bedrooms share a full bath.

The outdoor spaces all have Edgartown Harbor as their backdrop. There is Lounge and Dining seating on the wraparound deck. The house sits on a quiet side street in Edgartown Village, with the rest of the downtown, with its restaurants, shops, and attractions, only a short bike ride or walk away.
