The Martha’s Vineyard Teddy Bear Suite: A Sneak Peak Into Our Magical World

Before the doors open this afternoon at the Teddy Bear Suite in the Harbor View Hotel, we invited a couple little tykes to come and help us make sure that it was ready for the crowds.  If these cuties liked it, we knew were set for Christmas in Edgartown.

The look on the faces of the little ones was priceless.  Everywhere they looked, there were cuddly teddy bears to hug and hold.  Whether it was the bears in the little car, the larger than life bears, the Christmas trees with bears, the snowflake lights, there was so much for them to see and do.  The sheer joy they were experiencing made me smile from ear to ear, and I could not have been more happy and more Christmasy.  I love this time of year.

When they were not exploring all the teddy bears, the kids loved to sit and read books by the Christmas Tree, and some would even sing along to the Christmas music playing.  All the while laughing and enjoying the wonder of the Teddy Bear Suite.

New this year, we have our teddy bear “spa.”  The kids loved seeing the teddy bears in the tub filled with “bubbles.”  Also, the fact that one has on a bathroom seemed to be really funny to our guests.

With a whole suite decorated in holiday splendor and chock full of teddy bears, the Teddy Bear Suite is sure to delight you and your whole family.  We invite you to share in the magic.  All our friends who came to visit this morning gave the Teddy Bear Suite a big thumbs up!

Teddy Bear Suite Hours

• Friday, December 7th, 4 – 8 p.m.
• Saturday, December 8th, 12 – 6 p.m. (Keep an eye out for us at the Christmas in Edgartown Parade, we’ll be between the Boys & Girls Club and Harbor View Hotel floats!)
• Sunday, December 9th, 10 – 4 p.m.
