Point B Realty today announced a major expansion and reorganization of its real estate agency, designed to further strengthen its role as one of Martha’s Vineyard’s top real estate firms.
Point B Realty Principal Broker/Owner Wendy Harman announced that real estate agents Stacy Ickes, Karen Brown, and Amy Coffey have all joined the sales and rental team at Point B Realty.

Veteran real estate brokers and agents Karen Brown and Stacy Ickes have been named Associate Brokers at Point B Realty and will work directly with Harman, and both the sales and rental teams.
Karen Brown joins Point B from MV Vacation Rentals & Real Estate Sales, where for the last 8 years she was one of the top performing vacation rental agents on Martha’s Vineyard with more than 300 vacation rental leases a year, plus an average of four sales transactions a year.
Stacy Ickes joins Point B after 17 years at Landvest Martha’s Vineyard/Christie’s and its affiliates, where she specialized in luxury sales and rentals, generating more than $28 million in sales over the last five years.
Well known Islander Amy Coffey brings a unique entrepreneurial background of international luxury hospitality, real estate (Wallace & Co/Sotheby’s), and sports management with NBC Sports, where she was involved in four separate Olympic Games.
Coffey, Ickes and Brown join the current Point B Sales and Rentals Consultant team of Kristin Buck, Valerie Hart and Ezra Sherman.
