Point B Realty today announced a major expansion and reorganization of its real estate agency, designed to further strengthen its role as one of Martha’s Vineyard’s top real estate firms.
Point B Realty Principal Broker/Owner Wendy Harman announced that real estate agents Stacy Ickes, Karen Brown, and Amy Coffey have all joined the sales and rental team at Point B Realty.

Veteran real estate brokers and agents Karen Brown and Stacy Ickes have been named Associate Brokers at Point B Realty and will work directly with Harman, and both the sales and rental teams.
Karen Brown joins Point B from MV Vacation Rentals & Real Estate Sales, where for the last 8 years she was one of the top performing vacation rental agents on Martha’s Vineyard with more than 300 vacation rental leases a year, plus an average of four sales transactions a year.
Stacy Ickes joins Point B after 17 years at Landvest Martha’s Vineyard/Christie’s and its affiliates, where she specialized in luxury sales and rentals, generating more than $28 million in sales over the last five years.
Well known Islander Amy Coffey brings a unique entrepreneurial background of international luxury hospitality, real estate (Wallace & Co/Sotheby’s), and sports management with NBC Sports, where she was involved in four separate Olympic Games.
Coffey, Ickes and Brown join the current Point B Sales and Rentals Consultant team of Kristin Buck, Valerie Hart and Ezra Sherman.
“We’ve more than doubled our sales and rental business in our first three years, both in total dollars and number of transactions,” said Harman. “And now as we’re going into our fourth year, we’re doubling the size of our real estate agent team to further expand and enhance our continuing strong growth.”

Fortunately for me I have rented my home for the season to a man who has rented from me for 20 years. If not, I would have called Karen Brown. I have worked with her in the past and she is intelligent, thoughtful and a delight to work with. In the future she is the person I will call for rental and will suggest to others.
