Mariners Landing Luxury Vacation Rental Condos – Chic Modern Design
Each condo is a two bedroom luxury suite with a modern layout, with open Living, Dining, and Kitchen Areas. Each one is well appointed, and designed with the Island lifestyle in mind.
The Living Areas feature a large slipcovered sofa and media area. Two of the condos also have doors that open out to the sunny back deck. The spaces are so light and airy!
Mariners Landing Luxury Vacation Rental Condos – Deluxe Amenities
The fully-equipped Gourmet Kitchens have prep counter/breakfast bars, stainless appliances, and quartz counters, with different Dining Area configurations for easy entertaining. There are bead board ceilings, driftwood stained floors, and coastal hues of blue reminding you of the surrounding waters.
The Mariners Landing luxury vacation rental condos are all single floor living spaces and include a Master Bedroom, a Guest Bedroom, and a deluxe shared bath.
The two-Bedroom / two-bath unit includes a luxurious Master Bath with glass walk-in shower. All three rentals provide a comfortable retreat after a busy Island day of beach and fun.
There is a shared back deck with private outdoor seating area with Adirondack chairs and an outdoor storage closet for beach gear. There are also several shared bike racks for easy bike storage. NOTE: Back deck areas are only available in EDG LSAM-04 and EDG LSAM-08.
These luxury condos are part of the new multi-unit Mariners Landing, conveniently located near the triangle and post office areas of Edgartown. The building has eight new luxury condos, all located on the second floor, altho the back deck opens out to a raised ground level.

The bike path is just out past the parking area, and you are within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Both downtown Edgartown Village and State Beach are about a five-minute drive away or bike ride away. There are several nearby restaurants and stores.

The three Mariners Landing Luxury Vacation Rental Condos feature flexible check-in days and lengths of stay (from three to seven days during peak Summer periods). Weekly rates are $1,250 to $4,500/week.
