In the quiet of Winter, the ballot comes out, vote for all your Island favorites with Martha’s Vineyard Magazine’s Best of the Vineyard. There’s something so nice about getting lost in thoughts of lobster rolls and beaches during the off-season.
Voting continues through April, and then, we wait and hope to see if we’re a contender with some of Martha’s Vineyard most iconic places and things.
Best of the Vineyard gives businesses and non-profits and places, the chance to be recognized for their hard work and achievements, and we at Point B Realty have been so humbled by all the support we’ve received over the last three years.
This year’s annual event, hosted by the Vineyard Gazette Media Group, had a new home, Farm Neck Golf Club. The location proved to be quite lovely, a large tented space with view of the famous greens.

t was the who’s who in the Island business community. So many friends and neighbors celebrating each other and being a part of something together.
As the winners began to be announced, CB Stark, Best Jewelry Store, Net Result, Best Lobster Roll, Taste of the Vineyard, Best Charity Event, the Point B team waited with anticipation.
And The Winner Is . . .
When the time came, we were announced the winners, Best Real Estate Company on Martha’s Vineyard — third year in a row. A true testimony to the service we strive to provide for our clients and customers, and our commitment to our Island community with our On Point Blog and other charity and fundraiser work.
To receive this award is both humbling and inspiring, causing us to want to do even more, to live up to the expectations this award holds and surpass them.
Winning Best of the Vineyard is so much more to us as a team. We could not be more proud of those we work with and those we help find the perfect Martha’s Vineyard home, whether buying, selling or renting.
