The four bedroom Beach House features two Master Bedroom suites, one on the first floor, the other on the second (pictured above).
The living areas, including the Living Room, and an open Dining Area/Gourmet Kitchen, are on the first floor. All enjoy the water view backdrop.
Private paths lead to both the Beach House’s own private beach, plus the adjacent Stonewall Beach, as well as over to Stonewall Pond, where you can kayak to connecting Quitsa Pond and Menemsha Harbor (about a half hour paddle).
