One industry shift in the Martha’s Vineyard real estate business has been the cancellation of weekly broker open house tours. These brokerage-only events allowed agents to preview new listings across the island every week. With larger group in-person events on hold, virtual is the way to go.
Martha’s Vineyard MLS Launches Virtual Open House Tours For Agents
The MVMLS has launched a new service for the Martha’s Vineyard real estate brokerage community. It now hosts island-wide virtual MLS tours on Thursday mornings on Zoom. Today, more than 30+ agents joined the tour, and Point B showcased four virtual home tours to the broker community.
The real estate market on Martha’s Vineyard is picking back up. Spring is traditionally a popular time for homeowners to put their homes on the market, and for homebuyers to start looking.
While it’s not business as usual, we’re using the latest technologies to help bring homes to you in the comfort of your own home. From virtual tours, to live home walkthroughs with FaceTime or Zoom, buyers are able to explore properties in safe and comprehensive ways.
