Sundays in the Park Concert Series
Each Sunday during the summer, the gazebo in Ocean Park becomes the setting for an evening of live music and Island charm. Local musicians take the stage, providing a soundtrack for one of the Vineyard's most picturesque gathering spots.
With Nantucket Sound as the backdrop, concertgoers can relax on the grass, enjoy the ocean breeze, and listen to performances by some of Martha's Vineyard's favorite musicians. Families spread out blankets, friends gather in lawn chairs, and enjoy a truly Vineyard musical experience.
To make an evening of it, bring a picnic dinner and settle in before the music begins. After the performance, take a stroll through Oak Bluffs and treat yourself to ice cream from one of the town's ice cream shops. Admission is free, donations accepted. *Weather permitting

Music in the Square
On Thursday nights, the courtyard at Eisenhauer Gallery comes alive with the sounds of summer. Located on picturesque Water Street in Edgartown, the gallery hosts weekly live music performances that draw crowds of Islanders and visitors eager to enjoy an evening of great music, art, and community.
Guests gather in the Eisenhauer Gallery courtyard to listen—and often dance—to performances by Island favorites such as Johnny Hoy & the Bluefish and Mike Benjamin & the Keepers. One of the best parts of the evening is that the fun doesn't have to end when the music does. After the concert, you're just steps away from many of Edgartown's downtown restaurants, making it easy to enjoy dinner, drinks, or dessert. Admission is free, donations accepted. *Weather permitting

Sunset Concert Series
On Friday evenings, Islanders and visitors alike gather on the grounds of the historic Tabernacle in Oak Bluffs for the beloved Sunset Concert Series. As the sun begins to set, people arrive with beach chairs, blankets, friends, and often picnic dinners to enjoy an evening of live music performed by some of the Vineyard’s favorite local musicians.
The concerts offer a true sense of community. Children run and play on the Tabernacle grounds while families, neighbors, and friends relax together and enjoy the music. The atmosphere is welcoming, festive, and uniquely Martha’s Vineyard.
When the music ends, the evening doesn't have to. Many concertgoers stroll into downtown Oak Bluffs for ice cream, a casual dinner, or a walk along the harbor, making the Sunset Concert Series the perfect part of a summer Friday night on the Island. Admission is free, donations accepted. *Weather permitting

Vineyard Sound
Since 1992, Vineyard Sound has been a beloved part of summer on Martha’s Vineyard. This all-male collegiate a cappella group performs throughout the season, delighting audiences with a mix of pop hits, classics, and crowd favorites.
One of the fun things about Vineyard Sound is that you never know where they might appear. In addition to scheduled performances, they often surprise Islanders and visitors with pop-up concerts and special event appearances. They also host a mid-Summer concert and a goodbye concert. Dock Dance
Dock Dance has been an Island tradition for decades, bringing the community together on Tuesday evenings throughout the summer. Each week, Memorial Wharf is transformed into an outdoor dance floor where people of all ages gather to enjoy live music, dance, and celebrate summer on Martha’s Vineyard. With stunning Edgartown Harbor as the backdrop, Dock Dance captures the carefree spirit of the season. Families, friends, and visitors come together to laugh, dance, and enjoy an evening that feels uniquely Vineyard.
After the music ends, stroll into downtown Edgartown for dinner, drinks, or dessert to complete a perfect summer evening. Admission is free, donations accepted. *Weather permitting

Musical Mondays & Featherstone Fridays
Musical Mondays - Enjoy an unforgettable summer evening of live music at Featherstone Center for the Arts. Set beneath the trees on Featherstone’s Art Barn outdoor stage, these performances offer a relaxed atmosphere where guests can spread out on the lawn, enjoy great music, and support both local musicians and one of the Island’s cherished nonprofit arts organizations.
Tickets are $20 per person, with 50% of the proceeds from each performance going directly to the musicians. It's a wonderful way to experience live music while supporting the arts community that helps make Martha’s Vineyard so special. First Friday Vineyard Haven brings together art, music, food, and culture in the heart of the Vineyard Haven Harbor Cultural District. MVY Radio Live From the Patio
MVY Radio’s Summer Concert Series brings talented musicians to the poolside at Winnetu Oceanside Resort, creating a relaxed and intimate setting just steps from South Beach.
These free, unplugged performances are open to the public and offer the perfect opportunity to enjoy great music, ocean breezes, and a laid-back Vineyard atmosphere. With plenty of parking available, it’s an easy addition to any summer day on the Island. Admission is free, donations accepted. *Weather permitting

Sounds Like Summer Concert Series
